Pilates is a method developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, which initially called it Contrology, that combines the body self-awareness and soul while having total control of body movements. Pilates involves a combination of balance between power and flexibility while utilizing correct breathing patterns. In Pilates there are over 500 hundred different accurate movements that focuses on the core muscles- abdominal, breast and back muscles together with correct breathing and proper postural alignment.

Our Pilates sessions are available in our centre and also at the convenience of your home. No need for big open spaces at your home as no big machines used, our therapist uses a combination of ball, rubber band and roller, together with floor exercises.
