Pilates involves a combination of balance between power and flexibility while utilizing correct breathing patterns. In Pilates there are over 500 hundred different accurate movements that focuses on the core muscles- abdominal, breast and back muscles together with correct breathing and proper postural alignment.

Pilates is a useful tool for men and women of all ages who suffer from back problems, as it activates all the muscles in the body together in perfect harmony getting the core stronger and the inner muscles working together, as opposed to other exercise methods that separate different muscle groups.
Pilates it is also a powerful tool for women after giving birth, specially after second pregnancies, helping to strengthen the body and aiding the body back to shape.
