An exciting new initiative is launching in Hong Kong starting this November. BIRTH RETREATS! And we're taking part in it! Damien Mouellic, our Founder and Osteopath, will be one of the wellness specialists involved.
So, what are the BIRTH RETREATS?
Led by Sattra yoga and hosted by Five Elements Habitat Hong Kong, these wellness experiences are designed to give women the strength, support and knowledge to empower them through their pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Each half day retreat will begin with a grounding meditation, followed by a workshop with a woman’s wellness specialist, a prenatal yoga session, and will conclude with a nutritious plant based lunch.
Watch the online forum to meet the specialists from the women’s wellness industry involved in the Birth Retreats.
Damien Mouellic and the rest of the specialists will provide insights from their area of expertise and guidance on what they will offer at the retreats. A great opportunity to get informed and ask any questions you might have!
