Ruth Larkin is a Sports Massage therapist with a diverse background. Having trained in dance to a professional level during her teens, she embarked on a successful 10-year career within the entertainment industry. Her most recent role was at United Agents, where she managed some of the UK’s most prominent film and TV talent.

In 2006, Ruth discovered Sports Massage through an inspirational treatment, prompting her to utilize her anatomical knowledge more effectively. She pursued further training at the North London School of Sports Massage, graduating with Credit in a Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy. Ruth recognized the importance of exercise in conjunction with manual therapy, leading her to train in Pilates, which she also offers for comprehensive rehabilitation.

With a background in professional dance training, horse-riding, and office work, Ruth understands and treats bodies from various lifestyles. She is adept at addressing a wide range of issues, from everyday discomforts to sports injuries.

Ruth's philosophy revolves around taking a holistic, multidisciplinary approach. She views the body and mind as interconnected entities and aims to identify the root causes of problems. Ruth emphasizes the importance of sensible nutrition, hands-on treatment, and exercise in preventing the recurrence of issues.
