This yoga class is tailored to support immunity and fight stress. The class begins with a very traditional form of yoga that combines breathing and Asana (poses) that prepare the body for a 20 minutes practice of yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also known as the yoga of sleep, is an ancient technique that brings your body to a state of deep conscious relaxation with the same repairing benefits of sleep. Yoga Nidra leads you to experience deep relaxation, that helps you fight stress and anxiety, leaving you with a profound feeling of freedom and joy.
