What You Need to Know About Intuitive Kinesiology

What is Kinesiology?

The word come from ancient Greek κίνησις : kinēsis, « movement » et λόγος : logos, « speech ». It describes the study of movements.

This specialty emerged in the 20th century in the US as a mix of research between Western physiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the years, its evolution led to consider the vital energy as the key to the human being, physically and mentally.

The main objective of kinesiology is to help achieve what the World Health Organisation defines as health: "a complete state of physical, mental, and social well-being".

This is possible thanks to the specific technique of kinesiology: the muscular test.

The muscular test

It's a stress detector on all levels of the being: energy, emotional, physical, or mental.

The kinesiologist questions the body by applying a light pressure on the arm to evaluate the muscle resistance, and the body replies: if the muscle remains tonic, it indicates that there is no stress. If the muscle weakens, it shows a stress thus an imbalance.

Kinesiology is based on the hypothesis of the body's memories: the muscular test helps to recover personal history with great precision and reveals stresses forgotten or concealed by the mind.

It gives simultaneously access to the root causes of the issues and also the best solutions to fix them.

And Intuitive Kinesiology?

Intuitive Kinesiology asks the body: on which level shall we work on and with which tool?

It's a well-filled toolbox that contains naturopathic resources like reflexology, aromatherapy, Bach flowers, magnetism, lithotherapy, gemmotherapy, massage... many possible tools to act on the different levels that constitute us: structural level, emotional level, energy level, trans-generational level and many more.

Intuitive Kinesiology can help with the following: stress management, improvement of the well-being, work on the different bodies and levels, relationships, pains and aches, wish to change life, and all that block the good circulation of energies and emotions.

By communicating with the body and listening to its stresses, multiple readjustments of the emotions, energies, muscles, and movements are achievable.
