How? By allowing each partner to work and solve their personal issues. Indeed, most of the conflicts that emerge in the couple, are in fact originating from their personal history. Healing some personal issues has a direct impact on the way the couple functions.
During the first session, I meet with the couple, to understand the situation and hear their needs. Then, for a few sessions, I work individually with each partner. Eventually, we meet again altogether to share the improvements and the additional needs if any.
