NUTRITIONIST, HEALTH COACH & YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Sandra is a free spirit born in South America. She began her holistic career as a certified Yoga Instructor in 2009. Then, she incorporated coaching into her approach to wellness graduating as a Certified Holistic Health Coach with IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), then gaining qualification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). This enabled Sandra to give her clients the opportunity to cherish the luxury of a healthier and happier lifestyle with a more holistic approach.
Sandra advocates a balanced lifestyle as the foundation for health and optimum functional performance; balance in what we eat, in the physical activities we do, in the way we deal with emotions and in how we manage our relationship with the entire world. She recognizes that each person is biochemically distinct and has unique nutritional needs, therefore there is no single diet that suits everybody all the time.
Sandra works with her clients to identify nutritional imbalance(s) and lifestyle habits, and creates individualized wellness programs which include nutrient-dense foods, menu plans, and lifestyle modifications that can support their unique and personal potential. She supports and monitors the progress of her clients to safeguard the achievement of their unique health goals, guiding them in the implementation of a long-term personal health plan, providing education when necessary, and offering ongoing assessments.
Sandra has worked with clients, successfully using nutrition and lifestyle changes as effective tools to facilitate weight control, enhance gut health, strengthen immune system, fight stress, anxiety and depression, improve migraines, control allergies and to obtain the overall long-lasting benefits of a balanced diet and a better life. As part of her passion, Sandra loves giving to the community, and has been cooperating with the Hong Kong Cancer Fund teaching her Juicing Workshops to cancer patients since 2014.
