A qualified naturopath from France, Ludivine has been in Hong Kong for over a decade. She was working in the finance industry when she discovered the power of essential oils and went to study aromatherapy and massage.

During the next decade she continued on her growth journey in beauty and wellness, but it wasn’t until she experienced some physical issues herself that she found the life-changing benefits of naturopathy, particularly through lifestyle, nutrition and the body's self-regeneration ability. This wider approach to health and wellbeing was a game changer that encouraged her to study, qualify as a naturopath and follow nature's path to help others.

Ludivine’s personalised and holistic approach empowers her clients to be actors for their own health by allowing their bodies to regain balance, vital force and their innate capacity to heal, through numerous naturopathic tools: nutrition, stress and psycho-emotional management, physical activity, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, breathing techniques, micronutrition, manual techniques, Bach flowers...

Her clients range from babies to seniors, and she advances them on their own roads to wellness by finding the root causes of existing conditions or in preventing the appearance of illnesses that might otherwise develop.

In addition, and as a part of her naturopathic practice, Ludivine is certified in Intuitive Kinesiology and Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder method):

Intuitive Kinesiology is an amazing tool that helps to achieve emotional, physical and energy balance through the muscular test. This dialogue with the body and the sub-conscious, helps to identify any blockages and stresses and subsequently release them. This area of kinesiology doesn't follow a predefined protocol, rather it draws upon the practitioner’s intuition, knowledge and inspiration to guide the session according to the client's needs and the session's objectives.
Lymphatic Drainage is a must-do treatment with many benefits for overall health. The lymphatic system enables the body's waste removal (e.g. liquids in excess, toxins, cellular debris), the distribution of nutriments to the body cells, and the protection against pathogens.
This treatment helps to stimulate lymph circulation and detoxify one’s body while strengthening the immune system. It both promotes internal cleaning and improves overall body function, as well as relieving pain.
